The best summary of my experience with Arrow Remodeling is one word ? Professional.  I had badly damaged soffit and fascia boards on the rear of my home and I knew it would have unknown damage behind these areas.  Kevin with Arrow looked over everything and advised that due to the hidden damage, he could not give me a firm quote but to expect at least two days labor/materials and possibly part of a third day.  Based on the information given, I expected the work to be about $3,000.  I contacted two other companies for quotes  and one said it would cost anywhere from $1500 to $4,500 but this guy did not even own a ladder to get on the roof.  The other said, ?We will just have to see when it is over.  There is no way to even predict a price.?

 

I hired Arrow and it took two and a half days to complete the work. They kept me informed by phone throughout the work and explained all problems that they uncovered and gave me options of repairing them.  The carpentry, painting, and cleanup were all handled very well and they provided very good advice on some other things that will need attention in the near future. The workers were timely and I am extremely pleased with the overall experience.  I realize that when repairing a 55 year old home the owner should expect the unexpected, but  the information provided by Arrow made the decisions much easier. 

 

This city has many ?contractors? with signs on their vehicles that say things like, ?we do all kinds of interior and exterior repairs? but Arrow is the real deal.  Yes ? you will pay but you will also receive a quality product and professional work.  I wouldn?t  hesitate to use this group again.

I initially called to have a leaking bathtub faucet repaired. After Kevin came to assess the problem I also showed him some gutters that had come loose. He sent me an estimate later that day and we agreed on a time for the repairs to be done. Parts were replaced and all repairs were completed by mid morning. I was very pleased with the service and have since recommended Arrow Remodeling to others.
