"Jay built a floating dock/pier for us. The quality of the work done is very good. Jay researched the different companies that have floating docks and gave us a detailed proposal/contract. He uses quality materials and was very precise in constructing the dock/pier. He communicated with us throughout the process. He is a true professional in that he kept to his set work schedule and finished ahead of the projected timeline.
