"Creepy Crawlers LLC did an amazing job. I was particularly impressed with their customer service and how personable and kind they were. They even called me the day after to be sure all was well, which I very much appreciated. I had a good few questions about the process and the safety of my pets. They were always quick to respond and assured me that the treatment was pet-friendly. I am very satisfied with the results thus far and am eager to continue using this business for my future needs in pest control."

"It was time for our home’s year termite retreat, so we contacted Tabor Termite and Pest Control. Mike Tabor took my call and I explained what I needed. We agreed on a day/date for Mike to come and look at our property and provide an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Mike promptly texted and informed me he was on his way. Once at our home, Mike did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate for the requested service. He explained, in detail, what he would do and how he would do it. We agreed on a date/day for him to do the work, and again, Mike was very prompt in arriving and completing the retreat of our property. We paid for his services and he left our termite warranty and detailed invoice with us. We could not be more satisfied and happy with the customer service we received from Tabor Termite and Pest Control. We will definitely use them in the future and will gladly recommend Mike and Tabor Termite and Pest Control."

"Squirrels in the attic plagued us forever, even after getting a new roof. The gnawing sounds grew progressively worse, so we had to do something. A google search named several companies in the Jackson area. Unlike others, this one didn t require a fee for coming out, so we chose them. Very friendly, professional and prompt, even amidst the plague of the Coronavirus. Critter control not only placed traps that removed our unwelcome critters, they also checked in and returned to find a new hole promptly repairing the new hole, while also preventing more. Highly, highly recommended company, and affordable. For the first time in a long time, we haven t heard squirrels invading our space."

"Excellent communication with termite inspector. Marketing department for pest control was prompt in addressing my request and patient in answering all my questions about related fees for service. Both the termite inspector and pest control technician were on-time for appointment and were thorough in completing requested work. I am satisfied with evaluation of my property and the discussion of my needs and options for termite control. I will continue to work with on establishing a termite protection plan."

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Ticks aren't dangerous, but their bites are often imperceptible thanks to a numbing agent in their saliva. They can carry and transmit pathogens to people and animals, leading to diseases such as anaplasmosis, babesiosis, and Lyme disease. So if you live in a region with a high tick prevalence, tick treatment is worthwhile to keep your family and pets safe.

While water bugs are considered generally harmless to humans, they can bite humans if threatened. Cockroaches are often incorrectly mistaken for water bugs. In this case, cockroaches can bite but are unlikely to bite humans.

Water bug bites can be very painful and cause symptoms such as redness, swelling, and allergic reaction. Bites will usually heal on their own. However, if you experience severe symptoms or an allergic reaction, seek medical help immediately.

Earwigs may look scary with their pincers, but they don’t pose a serious threat to humans or pets. They are not poisonous, do not sting, and rarely bite or pinch unless handled. While they are not known to transmit diseases, their presence can signal underlying moisture problems in your home, such as mold, water damage, or rotting wood. A large infestation can become a nuisance, and certain species may emit an unpleasant odor. Therefore, while earwigs themselves aren’t dangerous, a large number of them may indicate bigger issues that should be addressed by a pest control professional.

If you are not at high risk of contracting disease and take proper safety precautions, it’s considered generally safe to clean mouse droppings on your own. Before handling any droppings, make sure to put on protective equipment such as plastic gloves and a face mask. Individuals who are immunocompromised, have medical conditions, and children should especially avoid exposure to mouse droppings.

Yes, rats will go near a sleeping human, especially if there is food or crumbs nearby. What’s worse, they may even bite humans while they are asleep. Common places for bites are exposed fingers, toes, hands, and faces. To minimize the risk of rats approaching you and your family members while they’re asleep, do not eat or leave accessible food packages in the bedroom.
