I had a water leak and water was coming up through the kitchen floor. Called and they came out the next day and started the job the day after that. I have utilized Wright Plumbing for many years and they have never let me down. We will continue to use their services!

We had a wet bedroom floor. I thought a pipe had broken in the foundation. Called and spoke with Chris at Wright's Plumbing and Jeremy called within 5 minutes and scheduled to come within the hour. The problem was diagnosed quickly (break in outside faucet vertical pipe in wall) and the repair was done then, quickly and efficiently without much cosmetic damage. I was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Will call them again for sure.

They gave me 3 options on fixing pipe, stalled a couple weeks, stalled another coupe weeks due to the 4th of July weekend (understandable) set 2 days to do the job, called in preporation to do the job and found that they miscomunicated (to each other) and when they found which route of repair we chose, put us off 2 more weeks (a month and a half total) When asking to talk to the original plumber, was hung up on. NO return calls when messages on any of their numbers. VERY unprofessional.

"The account by Mr. [Member Name Removed] is completely false. When we originally performed leak detection and gave Mr. [Member Name Removed] an estimate for the job he was told we were scheduling 2-2 1/2 weeks out for jobs of that nature. Mr. [Member Name Removed] then spoke abusively to our employee and said he would find someone else to do the job. Two weeks later we received a call from Mr. [Member Name Removed] that he was expecting us to do the job that week (apparently the other plumber didn't show), we told him that we could put him on the schedule and it would be about 2-3 weeks due to the 4th of July holiday. When Mr. [Member Name Removed] was called the day before the job was scheduled, he informed us that he needed to get a loan for the job and hadn't secured payment. We told him we could reschedule once he did. Mr. [Member Name Removed] then proceeded to speak so abusively to our employees that we determined we could not work for him. No good employer would require their people to take unreasonable abuse. In the age of online reviews that can significantly damage a company's reputation whether true or false, we will not subject our employees to such abuse for fear of receiving a negative review. We will never sacrifice an employee's dignity, even if that means subjecting ourselves to the malignity of a bad character."

I called Wright Plumbing and Chris answered the phone. He was courteous and professional. We agreed on a time of service. Justin called to let me know that he was headed our way and should arrive in 30-45 minutes. arrived on time. He already had his shoes off at the door and wasn't even asked to do so. We were happy to see the courtesy. He assessed the situation. He asked if there was a drain access. We were not aware of one. He found it by flushing the toilet and running water in the tub. He was happy to see it was a large iron pipe and used a large snake to clean it out. He asked if we wanted to use the camera. We opted not to since it worked just fine after cleaning. This drain has not been cleaned in at least 30 or more years since we have never done it. All is well and no gurgling.

I had a horrible experience with them. I had bragged on them to my friends because the first time I use them I was satisfied. This time I will not recommend them to any one.

"One commode was repaired and the other was unstopped and tested multiple times in front of homeowner. We told her that it did not appear necessary to pull the commode and do further work at that time, but if it stopped up again to call us. We would then pull the commode, but we did not want them to spend money unnecessarily. Subsequently, the commode did back up and they conveniently forgot what we had already agreed to and demanded free service for any further work. The owner of the company did call them back the same day. When they were unwilling to be reasonable and belittled the owner, he told them that there would be no charge for the previous service and their check was destroyed. Their account is entirely fictitious and disappointing. Rather than thanking us for free service, they chose to try to hurt us with a false report."

Great! My phone message requesting service was returned the same day. Plummer Jeremy Roberts adjusted his scedule to accommodate my paent's daily routine. Jeremy patiently listened to the history of my parents plumbing problems as well as their concerns. He took time with my mother to explain what was being done and address all her concerns. The work area was left clean. We had the laundry room drain cleaned out with an electric cable machine for 75 feet then tested the drain with not one but two extra large loads from the washing machine.

Things went very well. Later in the week, Mr. Wright had one of his teams of two plumbers isolate and seal off the leaky line and do a re-route of that line through the attic. The total re-routing job took 5-6 hours, and the two-man team was very friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, diligent, clearly explained what they were doing, didn't mind us watching and learning as they did the job, and they cleaned up everything very well when they finished. It has been four months since the work was done, and the hot water has been flowing very well with no signs of any problems.

They were prompt in answering my call and said they could come out that same day. I told them it would take me 45 minutes to get to the house after they let me know when they could come. They arrived before I got there and someone let them in. They had completed the work by the time I got there and did not wait for me. They replaced a pipe under the sink that they said was leaking, but it was leaking because I had loosened it while trying to unclog the drain and did not have a wrench to tighten it back up. It just needed to be tightened not replaced. They should have called me after they knew what the problem was and told me what they were going to do to fix it before doing the repairs. They did get the drain unclogged, however. I just feel that I paid for a pipe replacement that did not need to be replaced, just tightened. Also, they gave me an invoice with just the total amount and it was not broken down into details of the charges. And I felt the price charged was high for the work performed.

Our drains backed up, we called Wright Plumbing. They found our main sewer drain pipe broke under the slab. They came and repaired it and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, werr professional, courteous, efficient and fast. They took the time to isolate the room where they had to break through the slab so the rest of the house stayed clean. They took the time to clean up to the point that the only way to know they were there was the concrete patch they poured to repair the slab. These guys are the absolute best plumbers in central Mississippi.

Company was prompt and responsive and got the job done. The problem is they are refusing to provide an itemized receipt with the excuse that the job was a bid. It was not a bid job. We contacted them and only them to have the water tank replaced. I'd like to have an itemized receipt for tax purposes. In this regard they are very unprofessional. If a customer asks for an itemized receipt, they should get one. The customer may not always be right, but the customer is always the customer. Now I'll be someone else's customer.

They called back almost before I had hung up from leaving a message. I was told that they would try to get over that afternoon (it was already around 2:00), or the next morning for sure. At 7:30 the next morning, I got a call that they were en route. They explained what they were doing, got it done quickly, showed me the work when it was done, and even petted my dogs. A little more than I was planning to spend, but well worth it in light of the responsiveness and quality of the work. A pleasure to deal with.
