"Meramec Hardscapes just put in a concrete slab for me. From start to finish they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Their bid on the job was very reasonable, the contract delivery was prompt, and they were quick to start the project. Brian the site Forman was polite, personable, and offered his experience to perfect the placement and orientation of the slab to work best with the grading in my yard. Their team worked hard and fast to finish the job in just over a day. This was impressive considering the size and thickness of the slab. Their care to not damage my lawn has saved me hour of work. They made it easy for my neighbors as well. I had one comment to me about how considerate they were with the placement of their trucks and equipment. "It went ok, not happy with the whole result. Pretty messy. Deck stain got all over the concrete, patio and rocks. Replaced steps and added a post, one of the posts hangs off the side of the concrete. To top it off it looks like some of the stain is already washing off in some spots."

"Lakeside replaced our siding (with hardie board), fascia, gutters, painted all existing soffits and porch, and added trim around all of windows. They were excellent with communication from the start of the project until the end (and even after)!! I felt like they really listened to what I wanted and made my visions come to life. The crew was very detail-oriented, conscientious of noise, and cleaned up everyday throughout the project. I felt they were very trustworthy and I’d 100% recommend them. "Working with Beaty Home Improvements was an excellent experience for us. Everyone is so busy these days. I called three possible handyman companies, and Josh from Beaty was the only one that even called me back. Josh was super responsive and kindly found a place to work us into their schedule. A recent storm had knocked one of our 2nd story shutters down and we had a floodlight bulb that was high up that had burned out. I don't have a ladder to reach those areas, so I elected to try and find someone to take care of those items for us. To make the most of their time coming out, I also decided to go ahead and have them remove our old kitchen sink and install a new one for us while they were here. During the project I elected to go ahead and have a new disposal installed as well. Josh scheduled Kris for the work, and Kris arrived a few minutes early for the job. Kris quickly and creatively worked to resolve any little challenges encountered during the job, and he worked diligently to complete the tasks in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to chat with while he was here, and I am very pleased with the quality of his work and the care he put into it. I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh/Beaty Home Improvements if I need additional handyman work completed in the future.show more
