"We found SmartHouse almost by accident while looking for solutions to what turned out to be botched previous AC installation by a much bigger and more established company who we had trusted to do a decent job. Instead we ended up with a system that wouldn't cool the house. Smarthouse first correctly diagnosed the problem, then fixed it, and advised us on how best to heat and cool our 100+ old house. We now have a service contract with them for regular maintenance and they recently installed a mini-split for us. Their techs are great. Just the sort of people we would feel comfortable leaving alone in the house to finish a job if necessary."

"Excellent! I love JT Dunn Heating and Cooling. We selected them out of 5 different contractors to install our brand new furnace and conditioner in 2017 and we hadn't had a problem since. We just had a 3 year tune-up and nothing was wrong and the ac is quietly humming away outside. "Bob came out and quickly diagnosed our AC problem. He replaced a compressor blower fan in under 45 minutes and was gone before we knew it. He was fast and efficient and very personable.
