"We found SmartHouse almost by accident while looking for solutions to what turned out to be botched previous AC installation by a much bigger and more established company who we had trusted to do a decent job. Instead we ended up with a system that wouldn't cool the house. Smarthouse first correctly diagnosed the problem, then fixed it, and advised us on how best to heat and cool our 100+ old house. We now have a service contract with them for regular maintenance and they recently installed a mini-split for us. Their techs are great. Just the sort of people we would feel comfortable leaving alone in the house to finish a job if necessary."

"Excellent! I love JT Dunn Heating and Cooling. We selected them out of 5 different contractors to install our brand new furnace and conditioner in 2017 and we hadn't had a problem since. We just had a 3 year tune-up and nothing was wrong and the ac is quietly humming away outside. "I got several quotes for a full dual zone Central Air install on our 100 year old house, and this came in as the lowest, plus it included all carpentry and drywall work, which the others did not. The fact that they also do home restoration was a big bonus, since the guys they brought to put in our new ceiling (we dropped the ceiling in the hallway to accommodate the vents) were professionals and did a great job. Jed was friendly, trustworthy, flexible and made sure we were taken care."
