Neither of them took the time to look at both the outside unit and the inside panel. Steve from Rhymes showed up on time, he took the time trouble shooting my zoning panel and checked each part of the system. He is very diligent and paid attention to details. He changed a part and made the system working again. We didn't have to change the whole thing. He is honest and experienced. I would hire him again."

"I’ve used this company twice. My husband has a medical condition that is affected by heat. The first time the air conditioner wasn’t working they made every effort to assess the problem immediately when I explained the medical condition. At the time they corrected the problem I was advised the system was probably 20 years old and we may have to consider a new system soon. The second time I contacted Comfortable Carla’s was about 4-6 weeks later when the system wasn’t working again. This lead to a system replacement. I was provided with different options, my questions were answered and the installation was completed as quickly as possible, especially in view of my husband’s medical issue. The staff was was professional, efficient and kept me apprised all throughout the process. I highly recommend this company."

After a month of no A/C and getting the run around with our warranty company (besides the point), Bernie showed up and saved the day. He took the time to really explain the problem, the steps he took to fix it, and some helpful tips for the future. After repairing our AC unit he walked around the house upstairs and down in the basement to show me how to control the force of air coming out of the vents. He is so friendly and so great.
