"Eric did a great job, our carpeting looks newly installed. Although he was running late, he called and gave us an updated time or the option to reschedule. We opted for the new time. He was very through inspecting the carpeting, vacuuming and cleaning. Due to the delay in his arrival he treated the carpeting at no additional cost. We will be calling Eric back out next year for the annual cleaning.

"Greg said he would be there between 8:45 and 9am to drop off the car. He was there a few minutes before 9.  I reminded him that this was a pre-paid Angie's List purchase, and he agreed.  He said he'd have the car ready by 4. I reminded him that my primary concern was the chocolate milk stains all over the back seat.  They called later that afternoon to confirm that the car would be ready at 4:00, but I asked if we could be later, like around 6:00.  They were flexible with our time.  When we picked up the car, they were still finishing up the details.  Greg pointed out some areas where wax was still in the seams and a spot in the back window area that needed vacuumed.  I was very impressed with how clean the interior was.  We will definately take both of my cars there again.

"The floor was changed from wooden slats to a ceramic tile that the contractor recommended.  The screen windows were changed out to full view custom casement windows and two new full-view doors.  A room-specific heating and air conditioning unit was also added.  The whole room was painted inside and out.
The people working on this job were fantastic--friendly, conscientious, and truly professional at their craft.  We do not hesitate to recommend this company for any remodel job.  In fact they are just starting work on the basement."

The guy was great. He was very professional. He tried to work within the price range I gave him. I never used him. The company specialized in customized furnishings which is great but not for my project. I live in an older neighborhood. All I wanted was to clean up the bathroom, not really do an overhaul w/custom vanities, cabinetry etc. It wasn't the company's fault at all. Just basic (Lowe's) type of furnishings.. I felt bad because I feel like I wasted his time..I told him that. He was very kind. But if I ever decide to custom made remodel- I  WOULD DEFINITELY CALL CABINET CLAD 1ST.. W/O A DOUBT
