it was a very pleasant experience to have Eric and staff in my home to provide these services. I would recommend
him to friends or family.
I spoke with Eric (I'll assume when they were done) telling me how it all turned out nice and how the basement floor wouldn't be spot free, which I expected. So I assumed alls well. Then I get home, everything looked pretty good until I went up to one of my bedrooms. I had forgotten to move a step ladder that had a pint of paint sitting on it. They had obviously moved it from the original position but once moved they spilt it! All over the carpet. It got on my sons bed his comforter, 2 of the walls and on the closet door. Hmmmm didn't hear anything about this ever! The attempt to clean it up was pretty crappy leaving red paint on the closet door and on my bathroom vanity. The carpet needless to say is a mess, pretty much a whole pint of red paint. Which yes they attempted to clean up but was still there and wet when I got home. I stepped on it and the bottom of my foot was red. Eric had the nerve to call and leave me a message today for payment. Still not mentioning what they had done!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
