This was the third time we had our carpets cleaned by Hostess Carpet Care.  We did our research on the safe, effective and environmentally sound carpet cleaning methods and settled on Hostess Carpet Care.  We were very pleased the first, second and third times.  They were responsive, thorough, professional and effective.  I personally loved that the business is owned by a woman.

They use dry cleaning, not wet cleaning.  It was amazing! They even move your furniture (not bedrooms) for you. 

They are very reasonably priced for the type of cleaning it is.

Great service!  We have used the HOST method of carpet cleaning for many years, sometimes doing it ourselves and, as we got older, hiring someone else to clean our carpet. This is the first time we have used Hostess Carpet Care. They arrived on time and measured the area we wanted cleaned, telling us before they started what the cost would be. It was nice not to have to get an estimate first and then wait for another day for the work to be done. HOST carpet cleaning is a dry cleaning method and the carpet is not left wet. It does not damage the carpet, padding, sub-floor etc. Furntiure can immediately be put back into place (and was by the ladies who cleaned the carpet). There was no damage to anything in our home.

They do a very good job. I have used a number of services and they have been the most helpful. They are a little high on pricing.

The job was well done.  Chose this company due to the eco friendly methods.  The only complaint is that the phone estimate was over $200 less than the actual cost.

Laura does a great job. This is the third time I have had her clean our carpets and will definitely use her again. With two kids and a dog the carpet gets a lot of abuse. We inevitably have stains and Laura has always been able to get them out. When she gets done the carpets look great (I almost hate to walk on them because they look so good). She is very detailed oriented, professional and trustworthy. If you are looking for good quality carpet cleaning this is the company to go with.

This company uses a dry chemical to clean the carpets instead of the traditional wet method. I was not sure what to expect, but the owner/operator was the one who cleaned the carpets and was kind enough to explain in detail the process and the chemical that was used. It is safe for the environment and pets. In addition I did not have to pay for an application of stain protector that is common with a wet method. Great to do business with, very personable and would recommend for all future jobs. She has a life long customer in me.

He was a very well spoken person and very knowledgeable about oriental rugs. The job was done very timely. I called one week and he came the next.

Laura did a great job for us. Perfect communication (odd in this day), outstanding customer service and honesty. Have already gotten back in touch about doing more work.

She did a beautiful job. She was very reliable, she came right on time. I have been here 6 years and this is the best carpet cleaning I have ever had done. I highly recommend her!
