I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"They couldn't give me a price over the phone (even though it's a standard repair), they will only give you a price by coming to your home. If you don't use their service, they charge a trip charge of $59. As it turns out, their "book price" for a PRV is beyond ridiculous at nearly $800. The parts run $125ish at RETAIL (Home Depot), and it can't take more than 2 hours TOPS to replace it (less than an hour based on multiple Youtube videos), so MAYBE $450 could be considered “reasonable”. I’m VERY unhappy that their prices are so exorbitant, and I even had to pay for the privilege of having somebody come all of the way here to tell me the “book price”, when they could have given me that price over the phone and kept us both from wasting time and $. It’s troubling to have to pay a trip charge just to get a ridiculously overpriced bid. Another vendor gave me a fixed price, OVER THE PHONE, of $400. No trip charge, no funny games. I just sent the technician home. I’m usually not very vocal, but this is egregious. Obviously, I would NOT recommend this company."

I accepted that, then waited until after 1:00 to call them again, only to find out the tech was still an hour away, working on another job. I thought the whole point of a service 'window' was to provide flexibility for the tech in case they get held up. I had to leave my house by 2:30, so I canceled the appointment. I took out an entire day for absolutely nothing."
