Initially they were OK on the phone came out to give me a estimate and I was told they would have to call me back on Monday and the estimate was on Saturday Monday came and went no call Tuesday I called them in the afternoon and was told that they would have to call me back I called back in an hour after not hearing anything and was told that the supervisor would email me or call me later that night I never heard from them and that has been about two or three weeks ago now and have not heard from them I would not even try to hire this company they are absolutely horrible

Chuck was an honest service engineer and was very helpful to fix the issue. I highly recommend Paschal HVAC and Chuck. I couldn't be happier.

Justin and Simon were polite, punctual, articulate, and professional while installing a new AC system. They worked intensely yet carefully and made great attempts to keep your home clean. Their strides to please the customer were quite evident and appreciated. I also appreciated the prompt help of Daniel, who works in sales. I am a new client of Paschal and so far am pleased and would recommend them. It has only been one day since the install and everything seems to be performing well, however, time will tell how the Trane performs!

Have used Paschal for 5 years now for all my heating, A/C, and generator service and am very satisfied with their service, punctuality, and professionalism. My only complaint is that I see the top techs they have because I have a large generator, and then they get promoted to supervisor positions and no longer make tech house strive calls! Seriously, they are the best I have found in NWA, and always do whatever they commit to.

Casey was very helpful in providing several options at different price points. The install Team did an exceptional job with the install and made sure we had the correct ratio of return air vs output. I’m very particular and they met my expectations.

Paschal installed a new heater and air conditioning system a few years ago. I continue to use them for summer and winter maintenance. They have done a great job.

We've been on a maintenance contract for two years. When our furnace stopped working on a Sunday, a tech was out within a few hours but could not diagnose the issue. When the issue recurred on Thursday, I was able to document error codes, and another tech found the problem that afternoon. I asked to expedite the part from Dallas so that a repair could be on Monday, rather than Tuesday. The supplier shipped the wrong part, which was only determined when the tech was out at our house on Monday. Too late to ship the part from Little Rock, the repair was not completed until Wednesday (day 6). While the service is professional, the lack of urgency or proactive communication is striking for a company that proudly advertises its A rating. We will look at other providers for a maintenance contract and eventual system replacement.

I have a very good Trane Heat/Air system that is 15+ years old now, and I never feel they are trying to sell me anything my system doesn't really need. The system continues to work in tip-top fashion. My whole-house generator needs periodic attention and they always fix or service it correctly and at a reasonable cost. Everyone they have sent to my house has been very professional and courteous, and they try to send the same tech for continuity.

I would give them an F. They came and they never did anything, but their prices are unbelievable. They warn you it's gonna cost $79 to come out to your house. I said alright, because I was having trouble with a humidifier. They came out and they said okay what's your problem and I said I'm having trouble with my humidifier. He goes I hope you know that's going to cost you another, I think it was like $140, for us even to look at it. I mean, come on! So anyway, I would rate them an F, mostly just based on their price but also based on the fact that when they did look at it, they didn't know anything at all about it. They had no idea what they were doing, not a clue. So I feel perfectly justified in rating them an F, and that would be probably in every category because I really was unhappy with them. He actually talked me into instead of paying the $140, they said well if you'll start up a contract with us, that's only $200. That would negate all of this; it would be a flat $200. And so that would have been cheaper than paying the $140 plus the $79, so I did that. And then when they said they didn't have any idea how to fix it or anything, and that I was going to have to go back to the people that put it in, well then I was just out $200. So I felt cheated, and that's why I'm so unhappy too. No, I would not get them again, and I don't care if they know it. In fact, I called the office and told them when they were trying to set up a date for them to come back out here to do some more work because of the contract I had with them, and I told them I didn't want them in my house at all. I would not get them again and I would not recommend them to anyone else either. Update---Once the company found that we gave them an "F" rating on Angie's List the service manager Tracy reached out to us and offered to come out and do our seasonal check for free but we did not want them out on our property again. We asked Tracy to refund us everything except for the original service call since they did come out. Tracy did state that had she known about this during the time she would have been able to handle this issue but we called the company and complained when this first happened and she never tried to offer any resolution and now she is working with us because they have been notified that we left the F rating on their profile.

I called on Monday afternoon and they were there Tuesday before 9:00am. Travis was the technician and he was amazing. We recently moved our business to this building and he was very patient and helpful in tracking down where all of the units were and figuring out what was wrong with them. He fixed the main one that was of concern and gave us a quote on fixing another one (that is less used). He had to go up to the roof more times then I can count, to figure out which units controlled what, and he never acted like he minded going up and down that ladder. Travis was very polite and explained everything to me so I could call and relay all of the info to my boss who works at another location.

We bought an air conditioning and furnace system from Paschal several years ago and we very happy with the products and service. We've since moved and the AC went out in the new house. We immediately called Casey at Paschal and he came out to explain the different systems based on our needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, flexible and customer service oriented. Within a day, our new AC was installed and it works like a dream (I wish our old one had gone out sooner because it didn't work nearly as well). The service technicians who installed the unit were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We've always received excellent service from the office staff as well. Would highly recommend Paschal.

Paschal's tech came out on Monday 08/21/ 17 and diagnosed that I had a defective damper. He submitted a request for an estimate for repair. That was the last time I heard from them. I contacted them a day and a half later and was given a song and dance about them having trouble finding the part and when they could locate one they would call. I had also contacted Armor heating and air in Bentonville on 08/21/17 and they came out on 08/22/17, found the same issue, were able to give me an estimate, find the part, order it and have it shipped before they left my home. It will be installed on 08/24/17. I guess my repair was too small for Paschal to care about.

The serviceman from Paschal came to look at it and in less than 10 minutes the unit was fixed. No mother board or parts needed. Holy cow! We will definitely be using Paschal again.

It was a small thing and they charged like $70 bucks to replace a part on the back of the unit. I would have more of an opinion if it had been a major project. My wife was here so I am not sure on punctuality. They came the day the said they would come.

Hayden, who is an awesome member of their team, called before he came. he was punctual, every time he came. He looked at the problem, and figured out a solution. Unfortunately, it didn't completely solve the leak. Paschall was called again, and Hayden came out again. The problem seemed to be solved until it started leaking again....in a different place. So, I called on Sunday night and left a message on their non-emergency number, expecting a call back on Monday. But, a few minutes later, a very nice lady called back and assured me that it was fine that I called that evening. Another appointment was set up, and Hayden, who was practically a family member by now, came on Monday. He had one more solution, and, as of now, has solved the leaking. We were only charged for the first visit. I would recommend this company because they want to make sure the problem you have is solved, and will come out as many times as necessary...especially if it's a weird problem. Everyone we interacted with was super nice.

Everything went wonderful! from the service tech to the estimator to the installation crew to the final inspector it was wonderful. I have never seen as neat and tidy installation in my life. ( we have lived in this house since 1991 and I have lots of experience with HVAC equipment). The final inspector, Oscar, just gave it the OK and I am very pleased. When you need service call them and if possible have them send Travis. He is super smart and will show you every step of the way what he has discovered and what is needed. Don't mess around. Do you want to be cool or not?
