"We talked to them about kitchen remodeling but they had a very limited selection of cabinets and so forth.  We didn't go with them.  I got a brochure from them saying that they do that and so I thought that they would be a good place to start.  It's just that there was no selection, the sinks, faucets and everything was pretty limited.  I would have had to go with what they had or don't.  The presentation was good and the guy was nice that came out but what Sears had to offer just wasn't enough.  He brought in three cabinet doors and that was hard choice.  It was just very limited, I don't know if there was more and if he didn't bother to bring them in.  We kept saying that none of them was our favorite.  They gave us a follow up call a couple of days later and I told them that I was dissatisfied with the selection.  They weren't working very hard to make a sale.            "
