Extremely well! Pete, Jordan, Dave and crew turned a '90's contemporary house on the lake, into a current, rustic lake house that has received many favorable compliments. In fact, my neighbors liked the results so well, they have entered into contract with Greater Ozarks Exteriors (GOE) for work on their home. They were very knowledgeable on new products and provided facts/information, so we could make informed decisions; saving us money without sacrificing quality. The only issue was time-line creep, due to availability of materials, which was uncontrollable. We could not be more pleased. Great experience! Highly recommend GOE.

Pete and Jordan are by far the best contractor I have ever had to work with! I explained what I was wanting and they explained exactly how they would do the job in great detail. His crew was always there early to start and would work till dark, plus his crew would clean up after everyday of work. I was never asked for any money down to start the project, that's unheard of these days. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pete and Jordan of Greater Ozarks Exteriors to do any projects needing done!!!!

We absolutely love the outcome! There were plenty of choices when it came to picking out deck, railing and awning material plus feedback and guidance in choices. Originally we had no awning over the old deck but adding it has dramatically increased the amount of time we are able to spend out there and makes the house much cooler. Our deck sits SW and has the afternoon sun hitting the back of the house. I no longer have to have the shades and curtains pulled and can enjoy the lake view every part of the day. The awning as well as composite wood (maintenance free)is well worth the money spent. There was excellent communication, quality and professionalism and far exceeded my expectations. This was not an overnight process so plan ahead and have patience as with everything these days. I would hire this company in a heartbeat...such a great bunch of guys! Thank You, Greater Ozarks Exterior for doing a GREAT job!

Polycarbonate roof leaks where the roof does not reach the gutter, the middle where the panels overlap and the edge where the water flows backwards, The roof slope is less than 2 inches for a total of 22 feet length, Basically a flat roof. The owner was defensive, insulting and very nasty. He did not get a building permit as requested, thus no inspection. Photos showing gutter, algae growing and overlapped would not load.

Company worked closely with us on the design, turned out better than we ever expected. They did several little touches to the project that were simply amazing. On time every day rain or shine. Very happy with project. Pete was easy to work with and delivered what was promised. He sent Les and his wife to complete the project. Les was a very good builder, did quality work and the two-person crew was very efficient. During the deconstruction of the old deck we found some water damage of the house structure. Les was able to repair it with new wood in a timely, effective, and cost-appropriate manner. The new deck was much larger and so a roof line had to be extended over a larger screened-in porch. The extension was done well, the siding matched, and the longer roof was reinforced with a beam to prevent eventual sagging. We chose maintenance-free framing, railings, and pergola. The only item we will have to maintain is the treated wood floor. Given the quality we required, the project was not inexpensive, but the cost was very fair.

Any time you hire contractors you hope to achieve great communication, accuracy of quotation and completion dates, cleanliness of job site, and at a fair price. Pete and his team exceeded my expectations and completed the job ahead of schedule. I would most certainly recommend him to everyone who is looking for the above. You will not be disappointed.

They did a great job. From tear out to clean up, I don't think they could have done a better job. The team that did the work was skilled and professional. Getting the estimate and deciding what products to use was also a positive experience. We ended up going with TimberTech Decking and Westbury Aluminum Railing and it's beautiful. This job was a complete redo for a 10 x 20 deck. They tore out old cement footings and put in new ones, along with all new supports/joists and a corner support column to the roof. We also included a gate to match the railing and a couple solar lights. I'm very happy with the final product, the aluminum railing makes the entire area look larger.

We selected Greater Ozarks Exteriors to remodel our small cabin that was in significant disrepair. A new roof, siding, windows and decks were installed resuting in a great transformation that we are very satisfied with. Throughout the process, Pete was professional, listened to our ideas about the project and offered some great suggestions along the way.
