"We initially started out thinking that we just wanted for needed our tub and shower surround replaced. However, after further inspection we found that the floor was rotted as well. Also the exterior wall and rotted from a leak at the window. They were able to remove everything and access the studs and they replaced the rotted floor and the floor joists.
