"I've worked on many projects with this company from commercial to residential. You share your ideas with the drafts person and they create a rough draft in a short amount of time. Once you move on to the revision process you get to revise your designs three times included in the price! After you approve your design they produce a full construction set which is what you need to go to permitting. They stand by their drafting and offer unlimited redline revisions. This is a wonderful and much needed service for design professionals and contractors for fast & reliable plans."

"We initially started out thinking that we just wanted for needed our tub and shower surround replaced. However, after further inspection we found that the floor was rotted as well. Also the exterior wall and rotted from a leak at the window. They were able to remove everything and access the studs and they replaced the rotted floor and the floor joists. I now have an education on what a mud sill, rim joist and floor joists are. Ours had to be completely replaced. We now have a wonderful beautiful functioning bathroom that is not going to collapse in on us."

"Perfect. They are beautiful, functional, and fit perfectly a non-standard table."

"It went well. After viewing both properties content, i was sent a couple of room plans.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Mark and his crew build a quality product that is a step above the norm. Attention to detail, workanship, and value are hands down the best. This is my 2nd major project utilizing Carpender Kids and both projects have far exceeded our expectations. They are very in-tune to the customers needs and desires and work closely to ensure the customer gets exactly what they want. They execute well and do what they say they will do when thy say they will do it."
