"Recently, we had to have a 150 year old Oak Tree removed. The tree had an enormous canopy which provided shade for our patio and also kept the sun from shining directly into our family room. Once it was down, we realized we needed to look for a solution that would give the shade we needed. After researching several solutions, we called Innovative Shade Solutions to talk about an awning. Daveâ ¦owner of the companyâ ¦came out and detailed several approached to mitigating the issue. We decided on an awning that was approximately 13.5 ft. wide by 11 ft. deep. It had a motor to extend and retract the awning and also has a feature that will retract the awning ini strong wind gusts. The awning is beautiful and effective. Dave and his son did the installation personally. We couldnâ  t be more pleased as the project was delivered on time and is beautiful. Underpromised and overdelivered! "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed.
