Best patio pros near Saint Clair, MO

"Recently, we had to have a 150 year old Oak Tree removed. The tree had an enormous canopy which provided shade for our patio and also kept the sun from shining directly into our family room. Once it was down, we realized we needed to look for a solution that would give the shade we needed. After researching several solutions, we called Innovative Shade Solutions to talk about an awning. Daveâ ¦owner of the companyâ ¦came out and detailed several approached to mitigating the issue. We decided on an awning that was approximately 13.5 ft. wide by 11 ft. deep. It had a motor to extend and retract the awning and also has a feature that will retract the awning ini strong wind gusts. The awning is beautiful and effective. Dave and his son did the installation personally. We couldnâ  t be more pleased as the project was delivered on time and is beautiful. Underpromised and overdelivered! By the wayâ ¦Rachelâ ¦Daveâ  s wife was wonderful to work with regarding shipping, delivery and installation. We strongly recommend Innovative Shade Solutions!"

"It went very well. Tom did a great job designing a patio I never would have imagined in an otherwise useless area of our yard, helping to make more of our property functional. Tom did a great job putting up with all my questions and tweaks to the material and design, and in the end we essentially went with his original proposal, highlighting his judgement and experience with these types of projects. We have a few items to follow up with, but I will likely be using his services for future projects and landscape issues."

"The workmanship was great and patio looks great. Problem is that they tore up a lot of our existing lawn and the repair they did was not good at all."

"The installer was great and the quality of the patio cover is better than we expected. It looks beautiful."

"Jablan Construction arrived on time. They carefully and professionally removed the old pergola. They removed all of the old wood. They did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again."

"I wuda given a higher rating but not exactly what I wanted. I got a stamped concrete front porch. The lighter tan color in the concrete is non-existent. It doesn’t even show up. So instead of 3 colors I just have basic dark gray and some red accents. Not what I was expecting. They were fast, reliable and good communication however."

"Patios don't and back. Very nice work"

"Decided to wait a bit longer on this project since we still have a few years left on the roof. But we will contact them again when we move forward with it again."

Every square inch of your property is an investment. In order to protect that investment, you need to keep things clean. The exterior surfaces on your property, like your home’s siding, driveway, and roof, are all exposed to dirt and grime. These surfaces are not easily cleaned with standard household cleaning equipment like mops or sponges. The best way to clean them is with pressure washing. Local Family Pressure Washing offers pressure washing services in Missouri. Learn more about our pressure washing services.
