Jablan is amazing. Pricing was fair. Work was done at the exact time scheduled. Communication was great. I was halfway across the country and I was having this work done for my son who lives in the St. Louis Area. He never failed to contact me and constantly sent me photos and then photos when it was completed. I couldn't be more pleased. I've used him before when we had the home landscaped six years ago. I would definitely use him again and probably will be using him soon. You can trust this company. They are honest and reliable. Jablan Does even more than what is asked. I highly recommend them. They're honest and that goes along ways with me.

Jablan General Contracting replaced my aging deck. They did an outstanding job. Deck looks great. They also painted the exterior of the house. Quality workmanship at a reasonable price. They finished the job in a very short time. Would highly recommend them.

Jablan did an outstanding job repairing our fence. Our students couldn't use the playground due to the fence damage. They worked on the weekend in order to have us up and running for school on Monday. Life Saver.

It went ok, not happy with the whole result. Pretty messy. Deck stain got all over the concrete, patio and rocks. Replaced steps and added a post, one of the posts hangs off the side of the concrete. To top it off it looks like some of the stain is already washing off in some spots.

Also steps were built in same place where the old ones were removed from worked of your existing situation. I said that they should take the $139 off of the quoted price and they said no. I thought it was a little weird. It's just that the $139 deal didn't count. They did the work and they ended up painting it. They did a good job so I let it go. I was happy with the end product. They complained about another customer. I didn't like it either. If they have another "Big Deal" and if I understand it better, I would use them again.

We repaired fence posts pressure washed the fence and stained everything seemed to be okay for 3 years till now. Thank you for review and we don't run big deals anymore due to customers wanting their whole deck/fence pressure washed and stained for $139. Good Luck."

They were excellent. They came out first and went over all our options and prices. We made our choices and then they were able to start within a week or so. Once the job started they finished in about 2 days. Very professional and friendly.
(Note: I'm really not sure on that price -- it was over a year ago and I don't recall. It was reasonable, though, for a big job we definitely did not want to do ourselves!)

It only makes sense to hire someone that has the knowledge behind the plaster walls to complete any electrical and plumbing task. In the past various other companies have made unnecessary holes, left connection boxes barely hanging in the wall, pipes that were not easily accessible were never really fixed, just band-aid type patches that failed miserably, those errors were finally put to rest.
Jablan had ideas that I had never thought of that made the finished product even more useful, and ultimately made more sense in the end.

Sanel is the owner. He came and did estimates and discussed all options. Sanel presented a price that was fair - neither the cheapest nor the most expensive of estimates I got, but I felt confident that this was the right company for me - I like working with local family businesses. He gave good advice when there were choices and we agreed upon a price. I indicated that there might be some buried rocks that would be difficult to dig out and he acknowledged that this sometimes happens and that they would deal with them without increased price. He honored this deal, and Sanel and his crew worked VERY hard to get a few posts in. I made a few changes to the plan and Sanel was fine with them. They came when they said they would come and finished the job within the week. I added staining to the job and they did a great job on it. Looks very good. These guys know what they are doing and build fences the right way so they will last. Very satisfied.

Your fence is 25 + years old and was falling apart.If the fence was in that great shape not sure why was it just replaced 2015? I didn't really care so much for them. They didn't fix it right the first time then I had then come back and they came back on Easter Sunday. The one guy didn't speak English and I'm still having problems with my fence. I wouldn't recommend them at all. I'm disappointed.

"Thank you for the review,however we fixed everything we had to fix and seems like everything was okay till now. Fence that we repaired is 20+ years old more likely needs to be completely replaced not repaired. For the price we charged you we feel we did a lot more work than what was in the deal included due to customers threats for leaving negative feedback on Angieslist. 1st time we arrived customer needed extras done and was rescheduled. 2nd time we arrived no one was home as we were told someone will be there for electric that we needed. 3rd time we arrived as soon as we did someone left house got in car and left we were without electric again. We do not even work Sundays. Thank you for your review and good luck in future with your fence."
