"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. "When the tube leading from the fridge's water supply burst, we turned off the water at the existing valve and it immediately burst as well, leaking into the basement. I found Mayo on angieslist and John came out to provide an estimate and to review the work I needed done. John was detailed in his explanation of the problem and necessary repairs. In an effort to save me some labor costs, he suggested that I install the replacement hose after he was done replacing the valve, which I did. He repaired the leaking valve and was thorough in checking the entire house's water supply when he finished. He checked the water pressure, toilets and faucets after he turned the water back on. He was mindful of efficiency and cost when suggesting repairs and was clear about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I will definitely use Mayo again in the future for any needed plumbing work!"
