"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. "We were very happy with the work. After talking on the phone about our issue, John came out to see the old sump on 10/2//18, told us what he expected to do, and gave us the estimate. He ordered the parts that night, one of which he had to pick up the morning he came for the job. He kept us updated us regularly. He arrived about 9:30 on 10/5/18 and worked steadily through until he had the new sump installed and operational. He showed us how it worked and explained what we needed to do to maintain it (we also got the directions on paper). Although I expected it to take much longer, John finished by about 2:30. John was knowledgeable, thorough, straightforward, and pleasant to work with."
