Josh and crew arrived on time and were thorough on the details of the project. They made sure the handles were correctly placed on all cabinetry throughout the house. Also took care of a couple other small items they noticed while working. Cleaned up the work area. Will definitely use again on other repair and small remodel projects,

Josh and Co. is a great group! I enjoyed their diligence and willingness to communicate through the project. Many questions were asked to ensure that we would be thoroughly happy with the completed project. And they did not disappoint! The B.I.B.S put together a masterpiece! I needed my wooden bed frame repaired and Josh came to assess the damage and gave me options to fix it! He was very honest and made me feel like customer satisfaction was a top priority for him. I would highly recommend BIBS Home Repair. The garage door frame paint was badly peeling. It needed to be scraped, caulked and painted. Once the project started, a huge gap was discovered between the brick of the building and the wooden frame on one side of the frame. BIBS caulked and painted and one would never guess it was as bad as it was. It looks as good as new. I am very pleased with the finished product! I will definitely hire again!

we hired BIBS to renovate two bathrooms in our church. The owner of the business hired people with very little experience and was reluctant to take responsiblity for shoddy work they provided. They installed the short sink in the wrong bathroom which undermined our disbaility bathroom, but refused to repair. The overhead lights constantly flickered, the faucet handle in one bathroom was installed so that it looks off when it's on and one when it is off. Imagine the faucet handles facing the drain instead of parallel to the sink edge. that is on. We have had to hire another company to come in and fix their multiple errors. This second company has also told us that they were supposed to seal up any wall holes as a fire risk. That was not done either. Too many mistakes to waste your time on here. In addition, the owner of this company was unprofessional and accused me of being dishonest for not telling about these problems sooner. If you are **** a small project, clearly they are not a problem. But for larger ones I would never ever recommend this company.

Good but understandingly took a while to get the work scheduled.

After a couple of weather hiccups it went very well. The power wash was one day and the deck stain was another. They were accomplished very professionally. The job was completed in a timely manner.

Joshua came on time, had a mask on. He quickly identified the noise & showed me how to stop it. Polite & professional.

They completed post and railing/however to finish project, I expected the finish to have been more professional. After I voice my opinion about the finish work.He came out of this stance to charge me more money for there unprofessional finish.You should come over here and see this finish project?

Joshua came the same day as I requested the need for service. Arrived with a mask, which impressed. He was very polite and he listened to all my needs and offered great suggestions. He had me look over everything to make sure I was complete happy and finished the job in less time than he originally estimated. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

B.I.B.S. could not have been more responsive or helpful. I had just moved to a new house and there was no hot water and the washer and dryer weren’t hooked up. Josh came over the same day on the way home from another job. He figured our what was wrong with the water heater and fixed it. He also got the parts to change the dryer plug and hook everything up. PLUS he found the sump pump pipe wasn’t attached and he fixed that too preventing water from going back into the basement. I didn’t even know this problem existed. He did all of that in less than 2 hours. Additionally, Josh and his wife who handles the scheduling were both super nice to deal with. I felt they were extremely honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend B.I.B.S. for any projects around the home.
