They came promptly, diagnosed a bad pump and replaced free of charge. Recently the pump alarm kept going off intermittently. Got a repair tech scheduled to come out same week. He found a issue with how the alarm was placed and replaced that part. Both times that I had issues, thetechs were very knowledgeable and informed me further about how the system works.
