"The technician (Cody) did an excellent job determining the source/ location of the clogged drain and clearing it in a very timely fashion. Professional and personable. My only complaint was that my appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11 AM and the technician didn't arrive until noon. The office and the technician apologized for the inconvenience and deducted A portion of the bill as compensation which was appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and I would definitely recommend and use this company again should the need arise."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "We had a (finished) basement that was leaking water during heavy rain. I solicited bids from four different companies, all of which proposed to do basically the same thing. Atlas was not only the cheapest, but they also said they could do it without tearing out the drywall or installing a sump pump (they saddled the drain system onto the main sewer line and added a backflow valve -- in the city, the waste and storm sewers are combined). Mike, the owner, was very friendly and James, the team leader, was very professional and helpful. The basement has gone a year -- including through the torrential downpours of December 2015 -- without leaking. There was some persistent leaking around the egress window. They had installed a drain pipe in the bottom of it and tied it into the rest of the perimeter drain system. It has leaked a little bit, and Atlas has come out 4 different times before concluding that the rain is hitting the shoddily-installed window and leaking in. I like knowing how things work, so Mike showed me exactly what was happening and -- despite my initial uncertainty -- I'm convinced it is the window. But since they happily came out repeatedly to check out and test the issue, I'm convinced that they'll honor their 20-year warranty."

"This is the second time I have hired Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes. The first time they installed an effective French drain system at a prior residence. At my newest residence they recently extended / relocated a downspout drainage popup emitter to be further out in my yard away from my house. The day of the work they arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done and completed the work within the time estimated and cleaned up the work area. I am very pleased with the work they did. If I need any more landscaping / drainage work, Metro will be the first company I call. I trust their integrity and their competence."

"Repair person called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if o.k. to come sooner, which was agreed to. He spent approximately 3-4 hours on the job, The wall was pretty ugly to start with, and after the job was completed it did not look too much better, but how good are foundations supposed to look? I was asked to provide a step ladder since his was missing from his truck, which I did, and the workman did clean up the debris off the floor, however it was up to me to remove the injected foam that leaked out onto the interior of the basement, which was no big deal. I am ambivalent about the job. I know from doing some online research that I could have bought an equivalent product and applied it myself for much less, though I do not know how effective it would be. Although I felt the quoted price to be excessive, I did not ask for, or was offered any discount, and was told that because of this situation no guarantee is offered. The repairman did say to call if there were further problems. If we no longer experience water or camel crickets entering our house through this wall we will be satisfied."
