This time around we dealt with Kyle verse Ken for the initial bid and order set up. He is a true professional and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I was blown away that these two got entire fence installed in a day which allowed us to stay on schedule. Which brings me to the only thing that was troubling for usâ ¦somehow we lost several weeks of schedule which cost us a several good weeks in the pool this year. Assume covid was a factor since all supply chains have been negatively affected but some of it was unfortunately due to staff communication and handoffs. "Our older fence fell over in a recent very windy storm. It wasnâ t necessarily an emergency, but it was something that looked bad, and our neighbors have a dog. It needed to be replaced pretty quickly if possible. The other companies I had talked to werenâ t going to be able to come and help for another month. Ctc showed up, was able to haul away the old fence within two days of the consultation, had the new fence fully built the next day after that. The price was fair, right around what other companies were estimating the work at. They were courteous, quick, and the fence looks great. I could not recommend them more."

They even cleaned scuff marks on baseboards that I thought needed painting, but just needed a good cleaning. They also touched up my kitchen cabinets from an older paint job and now they look brand new with just the touch up. The outdoor fence was done very quickly and is as good as new now!
