I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. "The floor was changed from wooden slats to a ceramic tile that the contractor recommended.  The screen windows were changed out to full view custom casement windows and two new full-view doors.  A room-specific heating and air conditioning unit was also added.  The whole room was painted inside and out.

"Foundation 1 did a great job on our basement and we are dry as a bone now! We had bid the project (a leak where the footing met our foundation) with another company, but when F1 came out and explained what they were going to do we felt confident that they were the right contractor for the job. The other company tried to convince us we needed all kinds of extras and more coverage, but F1 was honest and straightforward with how they were going to fix our problem: a new drainage system with a sealed sump pump + vapor barrier wall cover. F1's bid was about half of the other company's since they were fixing the problem we had, not some "potential future issue." Their workers were great and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I'm confident that their work will hold up for years to come and we'll be nice and dry."
