"After interviewing representatives from two other companies (Home Depot & Pella) and viewing many Window World YouTube installation videos, I selected Window World. Home Depot - I didn't feel comfortable using Home depot, although their window seemed to be a high quality window. I just didn't feel good about their proposed installation process. Pella - While I felt comfortable with the window quality and the installation process, their pricing was nearly double what Window World quoted. I asked all three vendors what they could tell me about the other two companies. This was quite informative. I was impressed that all were hesitant to say anything negative about the others. However, I pressed them to share why they felt I should select them over the others. The Pella representative made statements which later research revealed were either misleading or false. This created trust issues. The Window World installation crew arrived when expected and worked well together. They surpassed my expectations by "going the extra mile". I had many questions during the installation, which they answered completely. The crew leader even made a suggestion (then implemented it) for how to deal with the spot left over when mullions were removed during conversion from side by side double hung windows to one larger sliding window in 3 different locations. I don't handle surprises well, so I ask lots of questions and do lots of research beforehand. Yes, their were some surprises with Window World, but they were all "good" surprises which exceeded my expectations.. The work was completed much quicker than I expected. They cleaned up the demolition mess completely. The windows look very good and function well."

"I entered a review back in July 2013. The quality of the windows (Atrium) are very good and providing needed helpful insulation from the elements. The demo and installation went pretty smoothly. The really only major complaint I had was the crew's attention to detail, and their final clean-up was not as good as out it could/should have been. Also, the crew got white caulking on my newly installed black roofing shingles, at the front of my home, which can still be seen."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We had a great experience with Continental siding from the day that we went to the beautiful showroom and talked with Cory. He was very kind and helpful with picking out all the materials. We were even able to visit with the celebrity Jerry. We ordered stone work for the front of our house which was done when they said it would be. The man did a wonderful job.I was well pleased with the siding crew and they did an excellent job. They were very hard working and very curtious and cleaned things up perfectly. "Contractor left a large paint sprayer in our garage for 4 months while the house was rented by vacationing guests. (the house is a vacation rental home.)  I had to point out to contractor that they painted over a fungus that was growing on house siding, instead of properly cleaning/removing this prior to painting.  They painted over the lights on the exterior of the house instead of removing prior to painting. Contract stated that soffit vents were to be installed on both sides of the house.  Contractor only installed soffit vents on one side of the house and did not inform me of this.  I paid contractor in full ($14,258.00) and found out later that the soffit vents were not installed on both sides of house.  December 7, 2015, I informed contractor I wanted him to install the missing soffit vents and needed the roof warranty paperwork.  Contractor told me he would send me the paperwork for the roof warranty. We still have not received the roof warranty. Jan 6, 2016 he responded to my request saying he would install the missing soffit vents, he still has not completed the work.  I have not heard from him since and have not received the roof warranty.  His phone has been disconected, voice mailboxes are full on other phone lines he has. We have texted, emailed and called he refuses to return any form of contact.  We have been forced to contact the roofing supplier ourselves in an attempt to obtain our rightfull warranty. We are not sure if they will be able to link the contractor to our roof. Plus our contract included a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and the company won't even respond to our requests to just finish the job they were paid for. I can only imagine trying to get them to stand by their workmanship warranty.
