"Pre buy inspection Sam was very thorough. He discovered mold in the house. Also discovered multiple window leaks broken appliances, lack of insulation broken exterior doors. He could not get underneath the house so he sent his high tech robot underneath the house with camera to check everything. As a result I did not but the lemon of a house saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you Sam very professional and knowledgeable Job. I would with out a doubt hire him again."

My home was drastically renovated prior to me purchasing and I had always had some concerns about the structure. Some recent anomalies made me decide to hire an engineer to inspect. I know have piece of mind and documented confirmation that the home is structurally sound. Pricing was very reasonable - just an awesome interaction overall."
