"Pre buy inspection Sam was very thorough. He discovered mold in the house. Also discovered multiple window leaks broken appliances, lack of insulation broken exterior doors. He could not get underneath the house so he sent his high tech robot underneath the house with camera to check everything. As a result I did not but the lemon of a house saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you Sam very professional and knowledgeable Job. I would with out a doubt hire him again."

"Fantastic experience. Flexible with scheduling. Thorough inspection and very informative - Jacob is very knowledgeable about historic brick homes in the area. My home was drastically renovated prior to me purchasing and I had always had some concerns about the structure. Some recent anomalies made me decide to hire an engineer to inspect. I know have piece of mind and documented confirmation that the home is structurally sound. Pricing was very reasonable - just an awesome interaction overall."

"I am very pleased with the job done by Quacker's Waterproofing and by my interaction with them. Such a nice young man! Personable and friendly. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He did an extraordinary job and cleaned up so thoroughly that I think that area is cleaner now than before he came and fixed the crack. He did the job quickly and with a minimum of intrusion. I was very pleased with him and with Quacker's and would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. I will have no fears when the next rainstorm heads our way. My basement will be dry.

"They advocated for me with my Home Insurance to get it covered. They did an excellent, professional job and finished in one day. Any time I contacted them they responded the same day. "I want to thank Hosack Plumbing, and Kent, for getting my situation cleaned up quickly and professionally. My water heater install is perfect, my water pressure spot on thanks to the new PRV, and is ready for inspection. Kent was thorough, professional, and very clean. He noticed my mask when I answered the door and wore a kn95 mask the whole time. The life coaching advice was an added bonus. Kent's work was great and I'm very pleased with the service provided."
