I manage a home repair grant program for elderly clients in hopes to improve their homes. The owner and his subcontractors failed miserably and caused more damage to three of my clients home. When approached to discuss remedies, the owner tried to go around me and my staff and have his subs slap tar on already weak roofs and never cleaned up the job site. Instead of being honest and communicating, he abandoned the jobs after promising to correct the work and blocked my office numbers after several meetings. There were also emails sent out to his current customers to assist him with work as he was facing challenging financial times. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE. We will be pursuing legal action and contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have worked with a hundred or so contractors and never experienced this type of service. All of my clients report horrible service, work, and communication. Stay clear of this company.

They were quick to respond to my request for the need to have my dryer vent duct work cleaned. They quickly set up an appointment, arrived on time, kept me informed on tbeir progress, and showed before and afrer photos. They were professional and personable. I would not hesitate to hire them for any future projects.

This company was hired to wash windows but there was no way to show this under specific projects so I chose new windows just so I could submit review. They did a great job. Windows look great. There was an item broke which we were never told about. But all in all they did a very thorough job.
