About us
When you realize that a home is just a series of interconnecting parts you quickly realize how a damp basement wall may well be traced to exterior gutters not properly flashed. Or how HVAC systems can short cycle (AC turns on and off too frequently) and can sometimes be traced to a small air leak at a window close to the thermostat. Or how SOME foundation cracks mean big problems but OTHERS are completely normal. I take over 100 pictures of your home and include them in a very comprehensive report. This is a GREAT way to preserve the initial images for down the road, for any situation you may have to prove status of your home or any components therein. It's also just fun to look back years from now and see how your home looked before you moved in! WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO HAVE THE COMPLETED REPORT IN YOUR HANDS WITHIN 12 HOURS OF PERFORMING THE INSPECTION

"Karen I apologize if you took my words to be rude, but they were direct. The fact of the matter is, we provide a comprehensive home inspection and we offer to come back out free of charge after any defects have been corrected, to update the report. In this case, your idea, was to not pay us for the inspection until after we gave you the information, all repairs were completed, and we came back out to reinspect. That is simply not how it is done and I hate that you felt the need to say something negative online about us, for simply requesting payment. When I left the inspection you guys told me how much you appreciated my thoroughness."
