"We had to do several months of treatment, as we bought an old home in Benton Park in the city that had been totally gutted/renovated and hadn't recently been occupied. There was a pretty bad brown recluse problem that Steve actually identified in our neighbor's unit (it's a town home) and she was the one to alert us that the spiders might be brown recluses. Steve set traps all throughout our house (which is what he used to ID the brown recluses), and came once per month for 3-4 months until they were gone.
