Greg was super thorough and inspected everything. He is very particular about everything and wants what’s best for his clients. I highly recommend him and his team if you are in need of a house inspection.

Very thorough inspection and report. The inspector definitely was looking out for safety deficiencies that you would never expect. Every single outlet was checked and every system. Well worth the money. Definitely would recommend 5 bugle inspections to everyone I know. Greg was thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain different issues with me and how repairs could be made. He helped me to understand why issues that I thought were a concern really weren't - he gave me examples of what would be considered bad and then reminded me of how things were in my home and how I didn't fit the reason for that concern. It all very informative and reassuring. And within 2 hours of him leaving my house he had my report completed and emailed to me. I can't recommend him enough.
