"I took bids from 3 HVAC contractors, all of which were highly rated on Angie's List and one of which I had used previously. I chose Fresh Air because their price was competitive and their sales rep was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. I worked as a professional engineer in the HVAC industry prior to retirement, and Kevin knew the answers to my questions or quickly got the answers. The team of installers did an excellent job and completed the project in one day. Subsequent to my home project, the same team did a similar, competitively-bid replacement furnace and AC project at my church, with equally satisfying results."

"Had new hvac, furnace, and hwh installed. Furnace had a couple of air leaks between a coil and furnace which I fixed myself. Hvac was spot on. Hwh failed first inspection, but was corrected in same day. For the premium price paid, these issues should not happen. Quality 4.5 because of these issues, same goes for value. Customer service is very good. They are very professional, work looks very good, clean worksite afterwards. I would recommend, but don't think about negotiating price with them. Their labor is very high."
