"Had new hvac, furnace, and hwh installed. Furnace had a couple of air leaks between a coil and furnace which I fixed myself. Hvac was spot on. Hwh failed first inspection, but was corrected in same day. For the premium price paid, these issues should not happen. Quality 4.5 because of these issues, same goes for value. Customer service is very good. They are very professional, work looks very good, clean worksite afterwards. I would recommend, but don't think about negotiating price with them. Their labor is very high."

He arrived in a timely manner As he said he would. He evaluated the problem and explained it to me in depth in a way that I understood. He was very informative about my Carrier unit. My air conditioning unit is pretty old he related maintenance was very important and I believed him. He explained what needed to be done and that he was able to do it. And once he got started it did not take him very long. When my air went out I was bracing myself for some astronomical cost because I know nothing of these things. As a senior he explained to me that he also offered a senior's discount which I was grateful for. In the end he completed the Repair and the price was very reasonable. This young man is a hard worker. He takes pride in his work. And he has gained a customer for life. I would recommend him highly."
