"This was a complex retrofit tankless water heater installation and out of 30+ companies called and solicited for this project, Brett and Dunn's HVAC was the only company to 1) entertain performing the installation correctly (gas line sizing and calculations), 2) had prior experiencing working with tankless heaters, and 3) took the time to work with me on a long list of specifications. These are bulletproof systems if the installation is done correctly and Dunn/Brett took the time to ensure the install was on point and everything went smoothly. Hwh failed first inspection, but was corrected in same day. For the premium price paid, these issues should not happen. Quality 4.5 because of these issues, same goes for value. Customer service is very good. They are very professional, work looks very good, clean worksite afterwards. I would recommend, but don't think about negotiating price with them. Their labor is very high."

I called them back to let them know the ice-maker was still not working and they came back out. At that point, I was told the compressor was shot and I needed a new refrigerator. Ultimately, the took back the fan and only charged me only $56 for the diagnostic, and left me with a messy floor. I give everything an A rating except for the mess he left, which was slightly inconvenient in my condition."
