Some challenges came up due to my stairs, we brainstormed some options, they took my carpet to someone they trust to cut and rebind it, came back out 3 days later and later the carpet- the finished product looks great! This is the first time we have used Hostess Carpet Care. They arrived on time and measured the area we wanted cleaned, telling us before they started what the cost would be. It was nice not to have to get an estimate first and then wait for another day for the work to be done. HOST carpet cleaning is a dry cleaning method and the carpet is not left wet. It does not damage the carpet, padding, sub-floor etc. Furntiure can immediately be put back into place (and was by the ladies who cleaned the carpet). There was no damage to anything in our home."
