"The owner of the company showed up on time and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and then did a great job getting rid of the pet odor smell in my carpet. I had a new pup and was having trouble with potty training him. I had tried every kind of chemical and nothing was getting rid of the smell. I thought I was going to have to replace it, but I decided to try having it professionally cleaned. I was so happy that even a few weeks later, there is still no trace of the pet urine smell! "Great service!  We have used the HOST method of carpet cleaning for many years, sometimes doing it ourselves and, as we got older, hiring someone else to clean our carpet. This is the first time we have used Hostess Carpet Care. They arrived on time and measured the area we wanted cleaned, telling us before they started what the cost would be. It was nice not to have to get an estimate first and then wait for another day for the work to be done. HOST carpet cleaning is a dry cleaning method and the carpet is not left wet. It does not damage the carpet, padding, sub-floor etc. Furntiure can immediately be put back into place (and was by the ladies who cleaned the carpet). There was no damage to anything in our home."
