Some challenges came up due to my stairs, we brainstormed some options, they took my carpet to someone they trust to cut and rebind it, came back out 3 days later and later the carpet- the finished product looks great! "The owner of the company showed up on time and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and then did a great job getting rid of the pet odor smell in my carpet. I had a new pup and was having trouble with potty training him. I had tried every kind of chemical and nothing was getting rid of the smell.
