Response from Angis list was about 10 min! And they were at my house 5 days later ready to install! Some challenges came up due to my stairs, we brainstormed some options, they took my carpet to someone they trust to cut and rebind it, came back out 3 days later and later the carpet- the finished product looks great! So happy with Moore Carpet⠦⠦.small business customer service canâ t be beat!!!"

"The owner of the company showed up on time and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and then did a great job getting rid of the pet odor smell in my carpet. I had a new pup and was having trouble with potty training him. I had tried every kind of chemical and nothing was getting rid of the smell. I thought I was going to have to replace it, but I decided to try having it professionally cleaned. I was so happy that even a few weeks later, there is still no trace of the pet urine smell! Also his prices were very reasonable. He doesn't nickel and dime you like some of the bigger companies do. Even though I had called about my living room, he cleaned the attached hallway as well for no additional cost! I have passed his info on to all my family and friends!"

"The sales guy seemed pretty new and there was a point that he called his supervisor and the call was on speaker and seemed staged. The supervisor was very degrading and spoke very condescendingly to the salesman and it really put a bad taste in our mouth. The carpet installers seemed good though"
