Artisan was not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive. From all the questions we where asking they where providing the same materials and putting them onto the house in the same manner as the next two higher bids but came in under their bids by $700 and $1200. Once I called Matt and accepted his bid he told me that he could have me on the schedule within 8 days, which was fine by us. Four days later he called and explained that they had a job put on hold and would we like them to come out the next day and get the job done. We told them sure, and the next day the crew was out bright and early and got the job done in a timely manner. When they where finished they came to the door and took my wife on a walk through of the job. She pointed out one thing that she didn't like how it looked and they took care of it immediately to her satisfaction.The next day, I saw where they had put on the fascia, and was not totally pleased with how it looked. I called Matt and the next day he was out to look at it with me and saw the angle that I was looking at it and agreed that it could be done better, and they had it done that day. I appreciate that they where willing to complete the job to our satisfaction down to the little things.If you need guttering done, this is a great company to call and work with. The neighbors have even commented on how much nicer it makes the house look. We had our first big rain the other night and did not have any of the leaking problems we where starting to see, so it was a good investment."
