"We are not accustomed to leaving a residence without a job being finished. When I Tried looking up you're account to have something to reference, I couldn't find one under your name. Than I searched your address & was able to find the account under a different name. The information you just gave was not correct. You stated 15 minutes we were there for 3hrs & 20min (11:47a- 3:04p). We received the call at 10:19am that morning for help, so it took us about 1hr 30min before we arrived but non the less we did arrive the same day we were called. We had been advised by the caller, that previously this address had already had another company hydrojet this line (not sure when). My tech gave you a few options to clear the line, obviously you went the least expensive route but when that didn't work he did advise what i would take & the cost. Also for the record anytime we go the least expensive route first, we apply that cost to the next option. The person at the home chose to turn him away without letting him finish clearing the line. Our work is also guaranteed for 30 days. It's always great when everything in your house is working as it should. I understand that when they don't, it is stressful & things are not remembered correctly. I also am very happy that you were able to get the line cleared.
