We are a full service plumbing company, from service to repairs to installations as well as drain cleaning and repair. We are proud to offer free inspections on any and all issues - you will never pay a trip charge to have Sewer Surgeon come to your home. Understanding sewer issues can be tough for non-experts, but Aundre from Sewer Surgeon made it easy with his clear explanations and integrity. He could have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge, but he was honest and straightforward about what needed to be done without overselling unnecessary repairs. During our house closing, Aundre was the ONLY one both the seller and I trusted after two other companies assessed our sewer line. He came out on less than 12 hours’ notice, provided an expert independent assessment, and guided us through a tricky negotiation. Thanks to his knowledge and skill, we closed on our dream home. Aundre did the job on time, kept us informed, and delivered excellent work to fix a broken sewer line. I’ve already recommended him to all of my family and friends.

The only good thing is I have water again besides that They left my yard looking completely horrible mounds of dirt everywhere Dug up by walkway Left it looking like crap Left my yard looking horrible Did not complete the work in the basement.Left my waterline hanging Left the hole in the wall where water will run in I highly recommend going somewhere else.You can't even get Hold of them once They take the money

I'm not coming to his house and we did call you. And you did not want to talk to anybody. Anthony with Sewer Surgeon was just great! Professional, knowledgeable, and he didn't try to over sell. He assessed the problem quickly and even did the work on the spot. I'd had four plumbing companies give me estimates and Anthony was the most honest and realistic. He explained how the problem happened and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again. Sewer Surgeon is my new go to plumber and I'll just start with them in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this company! They kept in touch prior to the appointment to keep me informed as to their commitment and ETA. They were friendly, professional, and super-knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently and with expertise. Plus the cost was VERY reasonable. Extremely happy with the services. Courteous, professional and best of all competent. Camera inspection revealed blockage in main line due to tree roots which they immediately quoted a fair price to address and promptly cleared. Would definitely hire again and recommend highly.

Aundre came to my aid when my sump pump failed and my basement was being flooded. He arrived same day, was extremely professional, on time, and charged exactly what he said he would. He fitted a top quality Zoeller sump pump, the best on the market, with a backflow device so that it wouldn't burn up. I can highly recommend Sewer Surgeon LLC, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
