Its inspection so they should do the inspection and do as they advertised. Talked to him on phone and told him about a shingle on the backyard and told him where its gone from. He said thats the decoratve part of shingle and nothing to worry about. I asked him if he should fix it. He said no need to do it. It will damage roof more. I asked him if he is going on roof to check it. He said no need, its new roof installed in 2011 and going on roof could damage something. I don't know if that's true. Since I had seen that shingle on the ground due to recent strong winds I wanted them to check if any loose shingles and fix it. I think I wasted money by buying this deal."
