I have an extension that was built off of my basement and I need insulation to protect my pipes as one of my bathroom is built atop the extension. Insulation pros quickly got me free estimates for my project and gave me several options to proceed with so I could decide what best fit my budget and my needs. The team that came out to do the work was quick, professional, and courteous and did great work! They also offer a military discount.

Josie the Office Manager: took the time to answer my questions when I called, and was the one responsible for my decision to go with Insulation Pros. The installation crew: Devon, Tyler and Leo were a great team to work with, very personable and just all around nice guys who did a great job with the installation. Tanner - the Production Manager, who came by to see that everything was going like it should. From the first meeting with Kyle, to the time the crew drove away, it was easy and pleasant to work with this company and they did a great job. Overall we are very pleased. The team looked at what was needed and made sure we understood their recommendations and that our questions were answered. The pricing was competitive and scheduling was simple. The installation team was professional, accommodating and neat! We'd use Insulation Pros again and would highly recommend them.

Great work, competitive pricing.

I had 5 bids submitted. They were the only ones who went and spent time in the attic looking around and came back with a list of things that needed to fixed which they included with the bid. They were not the cheapest. The 2nd lowest but for the price I got r49 plus a Radiant barrier installed. The other lower was only the blown in insulation with no radiant Barrier and was only a few hundred cheaper. Whould I recommend them? You bet they came in put plastic down everywhere even though I didn't see any need for them to do so.. The only hiccup that happened was the day of insulation they didn't have all the supplies from their supplier and had to reschedule to a couple of days later. In my case that was not a big deal. Overall I am very happey.

They arrived when promised. They called when they were on the way and gave an estimated arrival time. There estimate for the amount of time to complete the job was accurate. Good communication. They cleaned up after completion.

They insulated the rim joists and windows in my basement and just installed blown-in insulation in my attic. Very fair pricing. I am very pleased with the work this company has done.
