The tech was on time. The technician worked with me to get the portion of pipe that would be outside of my home to exit in an acceptable location. He explained how it works and what to do in an event it doesn’t. The job took about 4 hours. I would recommend this company.

They went straight to work & had our Radon System up & functioning in a few hours. Cutting through concrete was noisy, but they left the area clean. I was afraid the device would be an eyesore, but they put it in discrete places in our basement & garage. We are pleased with their work.

I worked directly with Aaron the owner from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my requests for information and a quote, and was flexible with my scheduling needs. His price seemed on par with similar services in KC. On the day of the job he wore disposable boot covers to keep my floors clean. The actual work took only 2-3 hours. He worked in the unfinished part of my basement to drill a hole in concrete floor and ran pvc piping outside to exterior of my house where a vacuum pump was installed to remove radon gas outside my home. I was surprised how quick it was, and it was just him, no crew. After the install he left a radon monitoring machine to see how effective the radon mitigation service was. After 2 days our radon reading went from 4.1 to 1.9. We couldn't be happier with the overall service.

Working with Radon Pros was one of the best experiences I have had in many years of dealing with various home services organizations. They were fast, efficient, professional, extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They alerted us to an issue with our sump pump in the basement that we didnâ t know had stopped working (the pipes were frozen). They came in at less than we expected and provided more value which we hadnâ t seen in a while. I would absolutely recommend them!
