I had a new pup and was having trouble with potty training him. I had tried every kind of chemical and nothing was getting rid of the smell. I thought I was going to have to replace it, but I decided to try having it professionally cleaned. I was so happy that even a few weeks later, there is still no trace of the pet urine smell! Also his prices were very reasonable. He doesn't nickel and dime you like some of the bigger companies do.
