First, you should have said, “Hey let me take a look at the carpet you need stretched “ before I spent two hours preparing and moving furniture around my mother place. You blamed it on me, that I had not given you the correct description of the layout. I had given you the address, that it was a fourplex. The place is pretty darn small. No the dining area and living room are not divided or it would be a postage stamp! You all of a sudden started calling it two rooms! I am a novice in this area and I admit after doing all that work, yes I wanted you to see if you could do something! So you did probably 30 minutes of work and said that it wouldn’t even help. Then you charged me $150.00 and I was glad to pay just to get you to leave. I will say this nicely, you should not show up with a political t-shirt on to do a job. That should have been my first clue this was not going to end well.

Carpets looked pretty good once he was done. Once the carpet started to dry, however the stains that he pretreated nearly all came back. Took a long time to dry too. Did not have a raking tool for carpets.
