He first explained everything in detail regarding the process. He performed the work and took his time to do an excellent job. I did have a very small high traffic area that was worn (carpet fibers are literally worn down).. he was able to lighten this area a lot actually ... but because the fibers are physically worn, not able to make it like new. I was actually very pleased with the result... and the overall result of the job John and this company does is excellent. An excellent value. John was exceptionally professional and courteous and you could tell he knew his stuff when it come to cleaning. The guy they sent to my house (John) is a credit to their company. He left me with a free bottle of cleaner also!"
