"Upon arrival we found some severe issues in lack of maintenance and an Air Conditioner that wouldn't start. The filter hadn't been installed for at least a year and the outdoor unit was extremely dirty, we installed new filter in crawlspace, cleaned A/C unit, still wouldn't start, replaced a faulty Hardstart Kit, found low on Freon R22 and added 1#. All repairs were explained to and approved by homeowner prior to completing or billing, we use industry standard flat rate billing, all charges include parts cost, stocking costs, labor and operating costs and would be comparable to any legitimate HVAC Co. 20+years exp. in HVAC and Customer Service"

"In an attempt to thoroughly investigate the issues and concerns of the customer we performed an extensive diagnostic of this Heating System. The age and style of the system required extra considerations as well. The customer was present the entire time. We did in fact check the gas pressure and it was within an acceptable range. At no point during the service call was the additional time we spent on site discussed or disapproved of, nor was the total amount charged for the service refuted during the billing process. My apologies for the disapproval of pricing but the service that we provide is well above average."
