"Joe and his crew were great. They went the extra mile to be sure that the job was done perfectly. He gave us a price over the phone but, when he arrived, the job was larger than anticipated. Despite the fact that the job was bigger and took longer, he did not charge us extra. He cleaned all the ducts, 2 furnaces and the dryer vent (which was 20' long in an unfinished attic). While Joe and his crew were here, they agreed to clean our gutters. He repaired 2 downspouts (which were 20' in the air) and furnished the materials necessary for repair and reattachment and refused our offer to pay him for the extra work and material. Joe asked us to make a donation instead, which we did. Joe and his crew have outgoing personalities and obviously enjoys this work.
