"JD replied to my phone inquiry in a timely manner, and came and gave me an estimate for the work. His knowledge and explanations of what he would do reassured me. I had also seen his van around my neighborhood. He gave me a bid and then followed that up with an email contract.
We set a date for the work to be done; however, the weather did not quite cooperate. It rained overnight before the first day of our schedule; when it quit for a while in the a.m., JD came by himself to at least get started. However, the rain started again, so we had to postpone until the next day. He and his helper arrived on time and got right to work. I was amazed that they completed the entire job on time and even cleaned up after themselves before they left.
Even though I did not need to buy new merchandise from him JD treated me as an important customer. I would recommend him to others with window problems.

"David and his crew did a great job of diagnosing our drywall problem (original lacked screws & bowed out!), repairing it, fixing several small drywall problems in other rooms, then painting our two-story tall entry, hallway, and a ceiling. They closely matched existing popcorn ceiling and knockdown texture. The final repairs and results are much better than we'd hoped for! David and team showed up on time, communicated clearly, were tidy, and were a great overall value. Highly recommended!"

Brad arrived right on time, taking care not to track snow into the house.  He was very careful to clean up afterwards, even volunteering to shovel snow off my back deck before he moved a storage box out there.  He was very professional and very pleasant.

Since he finished the job ahead of the allotted time, he offered to do more things that needed doing around the house.  It was a great experience!
