"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. He spent about an hour looking for the problem, didn't see anything broken, but cleaned out an extremely dirty condenser - which fixed the problem and we've been cool ever since."

"Team did a good job. They dropped a few boxes in a minor slip up, but I'll credit that to a more junior member of the crew not having the stamina quite yet. I let the supervisor know, and they'll work with him. Nothing was broken, and the team was very professional. Overall would recommend."
