"These guys did a great job, the first day they removed all the brush and weeds, smoothed out soil, filled in holes, cleaned up all the debree and cleaned off patio, trimmed a huge bush by one of the gates to the back yard. had to wait till next day to get the sod. They got here early in the morning and had it all down and watered in. The cleaned off the patio again, cleaned of any debree that might have been on the driveway or sidewalk. They are very good workers and leave everything cleaner than it was before they got here. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs some landscaping done. I am really impressed with the job they did."

Customers say: Quick response

"Isaacs is a true professional who obviously loves and takes pride in his work. He first provided a free estimate, coordinated a installation date with us, and arrived on said date on time and ready to go to work. When I suggested a different river rock than planned and an alternative supplier he had never worked with, Isaacs was very open to the suggestion and went to that source to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. He also suggested the material for the retaining wall which turned out beautiful. We plan on using Delgado Landscaping in the future and would recommend his company to anyone needing such work."

Customers say: Terrific value

"They were able to fit me into their schedule right away and completed the job in just 3 days. The crew was friendly, professional and respectful of our home and property. They did a wonderful job, and left the jobsite clean. Our driveway is so pretty that people are driving by slowly and taking pictures. Dan might consider having yard signs made for his company to generate business from drive byes."

Patios questions, answered by experts

Yes, a screened-in porch will increase your property taxes because it has a foundation and is considered a permanent improvement to your land. The exact amount your taxes will go up depends on the value of your existing home, the value added by the screened-in porch, the size of the structure, your location, and more.

Yes, a sunroom will require a permit. You may just need a general construction permit for a screened-in porch or solarium. For a three-season room with electricity and a four-season room with electric, heating, and cooling, you’ll need additional permits for each of the utilities, as well as a roofing permit.

The life span of your solarium will depend on the materials used and how much wear and tear the room experiences from the inside and from the outside due to weather. On average, you can expect your solarium to last anywhere from 10 years to 50 or more. In rare cases, such as with old estates, solariums can last over 100 years.

An Arizona room may or may not count toward your home’s square footage, depending on local regulations and the specifics of the room, but generally does not get included in the total square footage. In many locations, a room needs to be built to the same quality as the rest of the home, have an integrated heating/cooling system, and be habitable year-round to count toward square footage.

Yes, porches require foundations. The type of foundation required, however, is determined by the type and use of the porch. For example, a screened-in porch won’t require a new cement foundation. However, if you turn your porch into a sunroom or plan on making it a living space, then chances are you need a foundation that’s more permanent than piers and posts.
