"Voda Cleaning & Restoration were the most pleasant surprise. Pride in service and workmanship is apparent. They quickly responded to my emergency. Were extremely professional from start to finish. Each team member were great at their job. I felt comforting havinh them in my home. After using other restoration companies for a reoccurring issue, I can honestly say the difference was a stark contrast. This will be my go to company for life. In good conscience I can Highly Recommend their services."

"On the positive side:
1.  I purchased a discount coupon for "dry" cleaning of a couch, chair and ottoman, and substitutions were allowed.  I inquired about additional work to be done (a second ottoman, carpets stair runner and a queen size mattress).  The owner of the company was responsive to email and phone calls and I was able to get the appointment scheduled easily.
2.  The 2-person cleaning crew (a man and woman) arrived on time and completed the work as expected and the results are satisfactory.
Opportunities for improvement:
1.  The pricing for the additional pieces was not determined in advance and I was a little surprised by how much extra it was.  The information, with a reasonable amount of predictability, can be provided in advance and I think it would be beneficial.
2. There was an additional cost for using a sanitizing agent, which I paid.  The representative said the cleaner they used was hypoallergenic (or something akin to that) and was used in instances where customers were sick or allergic to certain types of solvents and therefore what they used didn't have sanitizers in it.  The rep also implied that the solvent used was used in nursing homes or care facilities, which is why it was used (though the coupon specifically limited the use to residential purposes).
3.  There was an additional charge if I wanted to "scotch guard" the furniture, which I did not pay.  Again, none of this was disclosed prior to their arrival.
4.  The male crew member smelled of cigarettes.  While I have no objection to a person's choice of tobacco usage, it doesn't present well to be walking into someone's house to clean their furniture while reeking of cigarettes.

I considered it a long shot but I received the jacket back today.  All the stains are gone and the jacket was reconditioned.  They did a FANTASTIC JOB! at a reasonable $85.00.  I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and level of customer service. Premier Specialty Cleaners will be our #1 choice for difficult cleaning challenges from now on.  GREAT JOB!!!!

"Awesome! They first showed us video of the inside of our duct system (while they had a video scope down it) very interesting because we had purchased a living social "deal" with another air duct company who had came out the day before Victory cleaning and they basically went to every room and vacuumed the OUTSIDE of each vent, charged us an additional $300 and left. That ordeal was a nightmare. Anyway, back to victory cleaning experience, they were very professional, took their time to explain the process of everything they were doing and we really liked that. They used high tech tools to brush out our ducts while a vacuum system sucked out the debris. Our air duct system was so clean afterwards. My husband and I were very impressed and we can have piece of mind knowing that our family is breathing much cleaner air now. We are so glad we called Victory Cleaning Systems."

"Great service!  We have used the HOST method of carpet cleaning for many years, sometimes doing it ourselves and, as we got older, hiring someone else to clean our carpet. This is the first time we have used Hostess Carpet Care. They arrived on time and measured the area we wanted cleaned, telling us before they started what the cost would be. It was nice not to have to get an estimate first and then wait for another day for the work to be done. HOST carpet cleaning is a dry cleaning method and the carpet is not left wet. It does not damage the carpet, padding, sub-floor etc. Furntiure can immediately be put back into place (and was by the ladies who cleaned the carpet). There was no damage to anything in our home."

Mattress Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can, but you’ll need to acquire the right pressure washer tips and cleaning solutions for the job. In particular, you’ll need tips that are capable of lowering the pressure from a max of 3,500 PSI to between 150 and 300 PSI. As for the cleaning solution, look for options that are clearly marked for soft washing rather than pressure washing.

Tile roofs, including clay, concrete, and slate, are considered low-maintenance materials that require fewer repairs and less care than many other roofing options.

  • Clay tiles require minimal maintenance. They stand up well to the elements and UV radiation, repel water, and do not easily stain, discolor, or fade in direct sunlight. Clay tiles do not need sealing. Maintenance is typically only required to replace cracked tiles, which can be caused by foot traffic, extreme weather, or fallen tree limbs.

  • Concrete tiles are also low-maintenance but require more upkeep than clay. They need to be sealed every few years to maintain water resistance, and their color tends to fade more quickly than clay.

Aside from these material-specific needs, general maintenance for tile roofs includes annual inspections, routine gutter cleaning, and addressing repairs as they arise. A well-maintained tile roof can provide 50 to 100 years or more of protection for your home.

The average cost to clean a roof is around $500, but prices can fall between $150 to $1,000 or more. The size and complexity of your roof are the most significant cost factors, as larger roofs and those with various bump-outs and gables will increase your cost. Your roof material will also make a difference. An asphalt roof will require more labor, as your professional will need to be careful not to damage the shingles. A metal roof can stand up to more intense scrubbing and shouldn’t take as long to clean.

To prolong the lifespan of a slate roof, perform regular maintenance. This includes conducting annual inspections to check for damaged or broken tiles and addressing any minor issues promptly. Clean the gutters regularly, remove any overhanging tree branches, and ensure the flashing remains intact to prevent leaks. For comprehensive care, consider scheduling periodic professional inspections.

Yes, and they do it exceptionally well. Heated roof cables have two purposes: melting snow and preventing ice buildup. Ice damming happens when ice forms on the roof (usually where the roof meets the gutter) and melts stubbornly slowly, causing moisture to enter the roof itself and, therefore, the home.
